Through your years as a collegiate member, it was easy to keep in touch with your Alpha Gam sisters. Now, as an alumna, it’s not that simple. Being involved in an alumnae chapter or club gives you the opportunity to gather with sisters for fun events such as visiting a new restaurant or participating in a community service project. No matter how you would like to stay involved, there are several ways to incorporate Alpha Gamma Delta into your everyday life.
By attending an alumnae event in your area, you may meet a sister from a different collegiate chapter who becomes your best friend. By joining the conversation on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn, you might make a connection that leads to the perfect career. You could even change a sister's life through a donation to the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation.
My name is Carly Smith, and I am the current Alumnae Relations Coordinator for the Gamma Alpha Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta. On April 8th we will be having International Reunion Day in our chapter room. Details will be posted soon, but this is a great event to reunite with sisters from the Gamma Alpha chapter and others around the country. We will be providing a delicious lunch catered by home.made as well as giving out scholarship and sisterhood awards to several collegiate members. We hope to see you there!
We are working to plan other events for this year such as an alumnae tailgate and a Christmas open house! If you are an alumna and are curious about any events or would like to come tour the house please email me at email@example.com.
The Gamma Alpha chapter is proudly supported by a strong network of alumnae, including the Gamma Alpha & Athens Alumnae Chapter, which is home to all Gamma Alpha alumnae and local alumnae in the Athens area. Our alumnae play an integral role in strengthening our sisterhood beyond the college years and enjoy giving back to the chapter that has laid the foundation for their many successes.
To sign up for the monthly alumnae newsletter or for other inquiries, please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to check them out on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Our chapter appreciates all that our alumnae have done and continue to do for us. Thank you!
